We have yet to sell a single gift certificate. I'm wondering if our experience is the norm or the exception.

I think it is normal. We do not sell a lot of gift certificates either, even though it is stuck at the top of our best sellers list ( due to a customer coming through and order $10,000 in gift certificates)...

To me, the big advantage of the gift certificate option is that it makes our stores seem "big time." We can do things the really big stores can do!
