Hello all,

I'm having trouble with the pop-up that says: "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items? " With buttons: Yes....No...More Info

If you hit yes, my Google adwords will appear. If you hit no...they disapear. My Google adwords are in the right column of our website. I have noticed some sites that have Google adwords and they don't display this message. Also, In Firefox and the new Internet Explorer 7 the security warning doesn't come up and it works fine.

Can anyone help me as this problem is making us lose conversion (sales) on our site?
I have checked for external picture links. "http://www.faucets2u.com/productimages........."
I know that a picture link is suppose to be "productimages/bathroomproducts...."

I believe that this is a Google adword problem and want to know if and how people have conquered this annoying problem.

Our website is: http://www.faucets2u.com

Thank you...

Its your Google Ad's, after looking at your source file, the only absolute links look to me like the Google Ad's...

Any particular reason why your having your customers go to competitors to buy?

As many on the forum will agree, you work hard to get those customers to your website, why do you send them to your competitors?

I'm kind of new to how rankings and linking works. Does anyone know if having the ads by google helps improve your ranking in the search engines? We don't get many clicks on the ads by google but generate a small amount of money from it. Should we keep them for ranking purposes? Does it provide backlinks? Please help!

I would take retaining your customers over sending them away and receiving a few cents from ads.

Since they are dymanic, I don't see how they will help ratings... all they can do is hurt you! I'm glad to see you turned them off. Yes you can make a few cents from them, but you are loosing dollars by telling your customers, "go buy here"

Ad's by google is meant for link farms/personal websites/forums ... etc. Basically for those web-owners who need a way to get some extra income because they aren't generating money from their site.

You on the other hand, are!
