Just saw this. What is it? And what would you use it for? Examples, maybe? Thanks.

Hi Ken-

Custom shipping can quote shipping by cart weight or by cart price. Using Rules allows you to quote by both by price and weight. For example, if you had a price method setup, but you didn't want to include heavy items, you could set it up so $1 - $100 and 0 - 100 pounds changed X cost.
