With the template I'm using, and settings, my pages seem to adjust fine to different screen resolutions EXCEPT for the border in the ''top of page html editor". It's the default border that comes with the template and rests just on top of the left and right tables and below the "home" "Info", and other top of page links.

In lower screen resolutions the tables seem to squeeze in okay but I get the left-right navigation bar on the bottom of the page. When I scroll to the right, the only part of my page that extends past the page is that one stupid border image.

I can't seem to adjust, delete or modify it in any way in the html editor? Very strange. Anyone know how to fix this?
