
Ive used propay in our pre merchant account days, you really out to get a merchant account to save those fees.
I can send you to a broker to help, believe me if he got us one after hubby being out for 6 months with a bad back he can help anyone.
Anyway why dont you try their chat help online?
Thats what I do when they arent responding or I need help right away. And they can always solve the problem there, or ask for a number tell them you really need this resolved to keep your service level up.
