Hi,

Those of you that use Propay, Do you guys always get not founds as the AVS verifiation for MasterCard? Has anyone ever received at least 1 AVS when processing Mastercard. Since using Propay, Master Card never sends a response back, not even 1.

biggrin.gif Ive used propay in our pre merchant account days, you really out to get a merchant account to save those fees.

I can send you to a broker to help, believe me if he got us one after hubby being out for 6 months with a bad back he can help anyone.

Anyway why dont you try their chat help online?
Thats what I do when they arent responding or I need help right away. And they can always solve the problem there, or ask for a number tell them you really need this resolved to keep your service level up.

I hope this helps.

Yeah,

We have a merchant account, we use Propay for all phone orders though, because we cannot manually insert into our merchant account. We are thinking of switching to monstersmile.gif, but I hear a lot of different things about fees, etc..that i need to get down pat. If I sign up for any merchant account it will be through monstersmile.gif though. smile.gif

Krazy your crazy! wacko.gif You didn't get a virtual terminal? Who's your merchant account thru? We use Authorize.net and it's great. I'm sure monstersmile.gifs merchant accounts has a virtual terminal as well.

For those of you that don't know what it is...
a Virtual Terminal allows you to manually enter the sales and credit card details to process a order manually.

Robert. We joined Propay through an affiliate so we get really low fees with them and a really high processing rate. However, I want to switch, I am just not trying to be hit with hidden fees. We are strongly thinking about it though.

I have great rates, and besides what are you going to do when your making more than propay can support? w00t.gif

Anyway PM me when your ready this guy can help anyone and its a well known merchant account the rates are good.

Lower than propay.

Currently, Propay allows us to charge up to $10,000 month. This is due to an affiliate and because we have been with them with no chargebacks for about 5 years. *knock on wood*

No monthly Fees
No hassles
No minimums or maximums

I think we will stay with them for now.

Does anyone know if they integrate with monstersmile.gif? Not that it matters too much
