Got a promotional email from Paypal for their Paypal express service. Seems they're looking out for us, their fine customers, and allowing an easier paypal express button beside the regular checkout button on our websites! How nice!
My response, when i finally found how to contact their sales team, was something along the lines of- "Why did it take Google Checkout for Paypal to try to fix their horrendous customer service and bad practices? You held our money for 6 weeks last year just because we had a bunch of new business when trying out your service- among other things- and a lot of us feel this way. You had plenty of our business, and you lost it."
Am i off on this? We did plan to use paypal as our primary gateway. Not a chance now.
