I received the chargeback email from 2CO from one order with below details...
COMPLAINT DETAILS AMEX: Chargeback reason fraud. Please contact your buyer if you feel this charge back was in error and resolve this matter with them. Once you have resolved this dispute with your buyer contact chargeback@2checkout.com and have the card holder contact their credit card company and let them know that they are no longer disputing the charge.
I have delivered the item one month ago. The buyer refuse to respond to my email.
What should I do? Pls help.
