I received the chargeback email from 2CO from one order with below details...

COMPLAINT DETAILS AMEX: Chargeback reason fraud. Please contact your buyer if you feel this charge back was in error and resolve this matter with them. Once you have resolved this dispute with your buyer contact chargeback@2checkout.com and have the card holder contact their credit card company and let them know that they are no longer disputing the charge.


I have delivered the item one month ago. The buyer refuse to respond to my email.

What should I do? Pls help.

Did you use Address Verification with this order ship the order to the bill to address?

From what we have seen on AMEX
If you ship to any address other than the billing, you lose if its disputed.

They dont care about the merchant.

Knock on wood,

It has been our experience with Amex chargebacks that they can and have found in favor for you even if the item was shipped to a different address. I never asked why, but I suspect that there are other factors involved with Disputes than the addresses.

Yes, the shipping address is different from billing address. I've configured MC to accept order with only billing address.

Okay, the stress level of the chargeback will go up with a different shipping address, but it doesn't mean that you won't win. Give them the info they want, not more than they want. Do not say "I know I shipped this to a different address than the billing address" do not volunteer info, just give them what they want.
