Hello -
I noticed today that we are getting a lot of emails returned from comcast.net saying undeliverable and I did a few "test" emails from our domain to a comcast.net email address (my own) and they too were returned. Has anyone else had this problem & how does it get fixed? Thanks -

No problems, here and comcast is one of the most popular domains of our customers.

Well, this is an old thread but this situation has just started happening to us this week. I never had this happen before, but it's happening with all comcast e-mail addresses. All of our order confirmation and order completion e-mails are being returned and blocked with the message: "Your mail could not be delivered because your mail provider is listed on both MAPS by TrendMicro, as well as the SenderScore Blocklist. Both are lists of mail providers who have been detected as sending spam and dynamic users that are sending email improperly. Comcast uses these lists to protect its subscribers from receiving spam."

Anyone else encountering this, and does anyone know how to fix it? I went to the SenderScore site, but my own domain is not listed. It appears that it is because we're using the MonsterCommerce mail server, and I don't know what to do about it. doh.gif

Hello All,

You will need to contact us in support and if you can provide us with a bounce back message we should be able to look into this.
