I have sold different items for years and done well with them in craft, vender meet shows, wedding expos...etc. Decided to get more exposure and designed a site . . .www.hddesigncenter.com and have sold some item on it but not getting the "big bang for the bucks we spend on monstersmile.gif".

We use PPC (which is expensive) through different search sites, utilize link popularity and so forth. We avg 100 hits and over 2K pageviews daily.

Not sure what Im looking for in purchases but we are not "getting the job done".

Can anyone, and or all of you help with our site.

Is it user friendly
designed correctly
layed out properly
basically what can we do to convert the 100+ page clickers customers.

Could be the products but they do sell off the web. Your crutial feedback is very appreciated, thanks!!!!

As a newbie myself, this is just my opinion.

You have some cute things on your site. However, I wouldn't pay the big prices you have for converting pictures into oil paintings or ceramics. I am sure the process in doing this conversion must be high enough in cost to you to warrant such prices. But I wouldn't pay that much for such a conversion.

Then you have a product list on the left upper corner, which I think is good. But the detail product list on the right side has a lot of blank spaces when I click on them.

But this is just my opinion (I have a number of problems I am working on for my own site) I can understand where you are coming from with your site.

I'm sure those with more technological experience will offer more advice

Good luck

heres my few cents happy.gif

1. Header is to big for my taste. Its size pushes valuable 'screen estate' below the fold.
2. The top naviagation links dont' work except for the 'login' link. Your logo should also be linked to the home page. If I want to get back to the home page, I can't unless I retype the URL. Thats' enough for me to leave the site.
3. Having two product lists may be confusing to people, maybe consider moving the right hand list to the left and reorganizing things?
4. Looks like your trying to target 'wedding cake topppers'? If so consider moving the optimzed copy thats currently in the footer, where no one would ever see it, up to a more visible area.
5. The handmade clay figurines are kinda cool, but for some the price might be a bit much, however if you provided information that told me how they are made, explained their uniqueness and that they are an investment, I might feel that the price isn't so bad after all!

Thanks, I removed the detail list on the right side, also removing dead links. Thanks for the info.

Again, thanks as well for the real feedback. I reduced the header and revised all top links to correctly work. I also added the link from the logo to return to the homepage.

Now their is a simple product list, hopefully not as confusing - I will think of a way to reword the information and get more presence from the bottom text. I thought, may be wrong that the pic sells more then words so I felt it best to position this way. I will design a about clay figurines to better sell their value.

Thanks again for your time and information. Good Selling!!
