Hi Everyone,

I have started a website called www.adoverdrive.com [color=#FF0000]it's a site developed to assist companies in their hiring process. My purpose is to enhance Newspaper and Internet job postings by having respondents apply to an ad through an account at www.Adoverdrive.com instead of faxing or e-mailing resumes.

My company is new and I would love to hear some feedback on the site itself, as well if any businesses are interested I would like to set you up with an account to see what you think.

Much appreciated, this forum is really quite helpfull!

Jeff

Interesting site and concept. I only hope you do not resort to having those ads for on-line education programs that a couple of other job-search sites have. And I do hope you stick with the client's
qualifications and preferences. Other job search sites don't do that. (I get constant e-mails from them about jobs not close to qualified for or interested in). And those on-line education programs ads may add to your income, but they are a PIA

Hi,

Do you also charge a fee for recruiting candidates or how would you get profit out of this venture . But, it seems like a fairly good idea. However, there are so many options available nowadays over the internet and the opportunities are so many that its become quite easy now to go ahead with a business idea.

Seems like SPAM to me.

No Spam just looking for some genuine feedback, it isn't easy getting a business of the ground and I'm just wondering where I could improve.

No? I only say this because you're not a verified store owner. You just joined two days ago and your other 2 posts have already been deleted. Sorry just seems odd to me.

Jeff , I relate to your novel idea ! All ideas need to worked upon, do some research and study the market too. However, there are experts here who will guide you through this ! Im sure .

if you haven't already, capture emails.

everytime you have an ad opening, you can email
your list, and they'll more likely to peruse your site, and then
you become more of an active headhunter ...

like your flash header by the way ... did you do that yourself?
