Is there anything in Urchin or the admin panel that will tell me where the people that actually placed an order came from, i.e. the referral link they clicked on? I have added a question to my ordering process, but I'd like to see where they came from in case they don't fill out the question.

I put in discount codes with no discount to tell me where they are coming from for my PPC. Other than that I didn't notice a place where it tells you who bought something in the stats.

Urchin 5.0 does not report ROI for organic or PPC serps.

You can however, track PPC through your MonsterCommerce admin panel through the use of the discount system (we will be expanding discount code and PPC tracking functionality in the near future).

I also know Overture and Adwords have launched PPC tracking programs. Anyone using them with MC successfully?

Other ROI software that I have used is Bidrank.com and GoToast.com.

We are using both Overture and GoogleAdWords PPC Tracking successfully. They are very easy to implement and I believe free right now.
I haven't noticed any weird numbers since we started, so I believe them to be pretty accurate.
But, you can't discount people that search your site and buy at a later time, or call into sales and make a purchase over the phone or fax.
