Hello,
I still cant see any of our stats on Urchin, Ive been through there instructions, I already have a log in and password, it just shows no report.
can anyone point me to directions?

When you log into Urchin do you see a button that looks like a magnifying glass for 'Go To Reports'? When you click on this button another window will open, displaying the reports for your site. If that button is not opening another window for you, perhaps you have a popup blocker enabled that is preventing the window from opening?

Nope says no reports to veiw??
I turned off the pop up lock on my google bar

Seems that something is blocking the Javascript of Urchin on your computer. I reviewed your reports and they appear to be working fine. If you have Norton Internet Security, or other firewall software or hardware, please verify that they are allowing the Urchin traffic - and easy test would be to disable them temporarily and test viewing your reports.

Also you can check all your security and network settings to ensure you are allowing this sort of scripting to be transmitted to your computer under Tools - Internet Options - the Security tab - with Internet selected, click the Custom Level button - if you scroll down in this dialog to the Scripting section, near the bottom, and verify that scripting is enabled. Also if this security is set higher than Medium, this could cause you some problems.

I have tested the Urchin reports on 4-fans and there is no reports they are not available.

I have been using Urchin for a long time and I know how to use it and there is soemthing wrong.

There was an issue with the 4-fans store login. I have corrected and using the username & password Newbie provided within her ticket, the reports are now visible. Thanks Neil for your help!
