How can I list all merchandise in a category to see the sort order for one thing? Is there a way to do this? I get confused as to what sort order number I have entered where and need to list it, and preferably print it out.

The only way you can really see the sort order of your products is to go to the edit view of the product. You wouldn't want your customers seeing this, would you? What you can do though is go to that subcategory, then go to each product, and edit them from there. That way you won't miss any of the products to sort. But there is no way to print the sort orders out.
