I am one of the newer accounts so the answer may be different for me than for some of the older members who use my.monstercommerce.com.

I am looking specifically for the amount of disk space I have used and I just don't see it. From the Admin Panel, I click on Reports>Site Stats and am taken to Urchin. Am I looking in the wrong place? I didn't see anything in the netsol account admin section either. I know it's probably easy to find.

Click on MyMC/Support and log in using your ID/pwd. Then click on My Store. It shows storage usage and bandwidth on there.

Thanks, Loxalot. If you are referring to my.monstercommerce.com, new accounts do not use it. I have been told that everything for new accounts is accessed within the NetSol Account Manager. I just don't see the option for checking disk space there. I was hoping someone with a new account or someone in support could help!
