I guess I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning because I'm evidently missing something easy!

Yesterday I applied up for a MonsterMerchant account. I have gone into ADM to enable the gateway and I just don't see what I'm supposed to do. In the list of gateways, MonsterMerchant is not listed...is it Bank of America? I noticed that is the "main" back on the Merchant website.

Or am I supposed to wait on more info from MonsterMerchant?
