Hi MC'ers, I've been using LivePerson since the old days when it was Human Click. I have good basic service for the grandfathered price I pay, but would like to see what else folks like before committing to another year with LP.

Looking for full-featured, including live monitoring (with visitor URL referral info) for under $19.95 - I only need one chair.

There is a free service called PHP live help, i believe. I have a link but its at work. I will add it in the morning.

I'd be interested in this too. The only free solution I can find is PHPOpenChat, and it's designed more for CMS solutions.

I highly recomment providesupport.com as well. I pay $99.00 a year for an awesome stand alone program, very highly customizable, and good service. I sound like a salesperson LOL

but really they have a nice setup. We use to use LivePerson as well, they are way to much $$$
