Here we go again with Authorize giving meaningless error message.
What does this mean....
Error code: (P) AVS does not apply
This creates a "General Error," and happens too often. We have no idea what causes it. We have even turned off our AVS and it still takes place.
I tried calling Authorize... but their hold times are over 15 minutes.
They need to get a grip on their operations.

Is it normal for us to spend so much time on crappy issues such as this? Am I the only one who is repeatedly experiencing these issues with Authorize?
Without going into specifics... we have quite substantial number of transactions per month, and the rate of problems is simply unnaceptable in my opinion. I really would like to know what type of set-up larger companies use to avoid these issues.
It shouldn't be so complicated.
