Full Version: Google Checkout Charged Without Getting An Order

I just got my first G-checkout order, and at first I was thrilled, but... there are two issues:

(1) The customer credit card apparently failed authorization. Why don't they authorize in real time? Instead we get an order that isn't paid for.
(2) I got charged the 2.5% anyway.

I don't think google's price processing price is too high, that's in line for credit card processing, but we shouldn't be charged for money they never handle.

I agree. Charging for an order that did not get authorized is really bad business if you ask me.

I thought that they did authorize in real time. I guess we could se a lot of this...
