Full Version: How Do I Get In Contact With Monster?
Yes, I know to call the number.. been there done that.. put on hold forever. So I have been trying to log in to MyMC/Support for a week and keep getting an SQL error... Is there an email address I can use to send them an email to see if anyone is awake over there? I am getting pretty annoyed and I dont have all day to sit on a phone waiting on someone to pick it up.

Look at the bottom of the MonsterSmallBusiness Forums home page. Click on one of the
techs that are shown to be here on the forums and send them a PMSteve

Feel free to call our support number that is listed in our signature. You should not have been on hold very long as when I look at the queue for today, we have not had more than 5 in queue at once, and the longest hold time was only around 6 minutes. In terms of the my.monstercommerce.com error, I am looking into this and will notify the proper people.
