The SEO catalog is going to help you if your site already has good link popularity, meaning your site is getting crawled by the engines frequently and deeply - and also if you have performed keyword research and you are using keywords in your product and category pages, because those are the pages that will be carried over into the HTML generator.

So for $79/set-up and $35/month I can do it myself? There are a number of SEO tools available online, almost all at no cost. (Granted, they're sort of a pain to find 'em, try 'em, and organize them. Not every tool is a great tool, but there are many terrific ones out there.) Here's a good place to start, tho:
