Is anyone using livehelp and or an alternative - is anything out there like livehelp free? just looking for input from fellow MC'ers - let me know what / if / and cost of what you have.

We use www.providesupport.com
It averages about $13.00 per month, LOTS of features. No complaints. they will let you have a free trial...so try it out.

LivePerson is much more expensive. I am using it right now. I don't get much traffic with it. People seem to run. When I have seen them on our site for 20-30 mins then I would Initiate a chat and they would click off the site.
