WTF?!
Why do our shopping carts keep vanishing into thin air???!!!
It keeps happening on a sporadic basis, every couple of months or so. Sometimes more frequent than that though.
Why does this keep happening?
PLEASE fix this!

Hi Ben,
I apologize for this occurance. I spoke with you about this awhile back when it happened. I will admit that this is puzzling. We are working to address it, but it is important to be aware of this as soon as possible when it occurs. If you wouldn't mind opening a ticket, we will keep an eye on it and try to reverse engineer the problem.
Please include in the ticket, with as much detail as possible, as to what you were doing and in what part of the admin panel when you noticed it. I will do everything possible to get a resolution. I apologize for any inconvenience. This also extends to any other sites/clients who may experience this issue.

I started this thread AS SOON AS IT HAPPENED!!!
I already stated that the carts keep vanishing. Naturally, that happens in the "View Carts" area on the Admin Panel.
What I was doing when this happened??? I simply logged into my Admin Panel, clicked on "View Carts", and they were all gone! Simple as that!
It was definitely not caused by something that I did!

Yep, all my carts are gone again too! But it only happened on one site. The other appears to be OK.

This is the same as it has been other times we have lost carts. One does and the other does not.

MC, you think you will solve this soon?

Just a guess... could Ben, Heartland, Drobins and CafeLatte be on the same server?

As stated in another thread, we have identified this issue, and there are two causes for this issue. A fix has already been created and will be released with our next update. In the mean time if anyone has this issue, please create a support ticket and we can restore this information. Placing this issue in the forums will not help you get your data back so please place a ticket.
