Ive had Urchin reports for about 48hrs now. It is not showing any reports yet. I tried the help I dont see any instructions to set it up.

Is there something we need to do???

Submit a ticket in to Tech Support...

They will fix it for you!

Yeah, They're pretty quick about it and the past couple days are probably saved in the log so they'll be able to get them back for you if needed.

I already have 4 open tickets

3 are 3 days old.

I know they are busy thats why I figured Id ask you guys if I needed to do anything.

Also I did look for the answer myself in the help but there wasnt anything.

It's something they need to do for you. Unfortunately the resolution of major bugs and migration of users may be the cause of your delay. If you call tech support maybe they can expedite your issue for you.

Hey Beth-
I will make sure a tech looks at it soon. We are a little behind the 8-ball right now so they are really having to prioritize tickets. I will do my best to have a tech look at it soon...but Ultimate is right..the logs should be saved so it is a matter of getting it to display properly.

Beth I forwarded this to Andy. I too believe that your logs will be in tact... they simply need to be formatted properly. We have nearly the entire team in here for the weekend to catch-up on tickets and to clean up migration issues.

We pride ourselves on support and we are certainly slower at the moment than we strive to be... hang in there. Migrations are almost over. We'll be back to normal and faster response times soon! Thanks for your patience.
