Any advice on a return policy statement on a website????
I do have custom things that can not be returned, but I am sure I will be dealing with a customer who wants to return something.....
I would appreciate any input

How about a short phrase at the bottom of the custom products to state "This is a custom product and is not returnable" or using the additional information link to Point to your return policy on those items that are not returnable.

Hi Donnajay,
This link may also help as well in terms of adding some pages with your sites policies and practices:
and list it as special order non returnable etc etc at least if they try to return or DISPUTE with CC, and they will have to agree via a checkbox that they HAD to click to order.
