Hello,

In order to add a background image access your admin panel >> site layout >> sitewide color and font options >> site borders an misc tab. You will see the are to upload the background image.


To add your email link to your contact us you will need HTML similar to this:

href="mailto:techsupport@monstercommerce.com?subject=Customer%2020request">Customer Request</a><br style="font-family: Arial;">

Do not worry about all of the questions. Just keep asking.

I think you have your questions answered already but you may want to think about placing a link to for email on your contact us page.

When you do that it makes it easy for the bad apps out there to find your email address and start sending you spam.

Also, your customer may not like it when it automatically opens up their email program.

You can just type your email address and let the customer enter the address themeselves, or you can create a Contact Us Form which is much easier for them to fill out.
