The forums really are not the place to post for support (just for future reference).

Your best bet is to contact your account manager/sales person to confirm you are being billed for stats. If not, they can get you signed up on the service very quickly and information will be sent.

If you are absolutely certain you are subscribed to stats service (i.e. being billed for it), you can contact tech support directly or via the ticket system where they can confirm service should be enabled and get that item resolved for you.

I am forwarding this post to Andy's attention to get the issue resolved for you though.

I submitted a ticket last night but have had no response, I called tech support and was on hold for a long time, so I thought I would see if it was something a forum member could answer quickly.

I know you guys at monstersmile.gif land are busy, and understandably Urchin log-on info is not top priority..... but I need to get logged in to check some stats. w00t.gif

No worries. You are right, hold times are longer than normal due to migrations (I apologize for that) and ticket response times are slower as well (sorry for that). We hope to have migrations completed by late next week and everything will return to normal. Rest assured everyone on the MC team is working double and triple time to make the transition as seamless as possible.

I will look into your request and we'll get you the log-in info that you need.

Captain is correct in that hold times are longer then usual (averaging about 8-10 minutes, but could be +/- a few minutes either direction). Same thing goes will all responses, such as tickets, emails, etc. For example, the request for stats ticket was closed and resolved in about 14 hours... which is a bit longer then normal, but not too bad (since it was put in close to 11pm CST, and nobody overnight is going to accomplish this task).

I understand everyone wants to get a response as soon as possible with their requests. We do not skip over any, and we prioritize requests based on their nature, and we will always reach everyone... no matter how much coffee it takes smile.gif
