Is it possible to have all mail directed to the accounts I've created for my site POPed to Outlook? Also, is there an IP for the IMAIL SMTP server?
What I'd like to do is use Outlook as my email client for sending/receiving email directed to my site email address. But I'd like the sending addy to match the receiving.
Anyone have any ideas? Or if it's possible, give me the IPs for the POP and SMTP servers.

saxongifts,
I am currently doing this...
This is how my account is set up in Outlook Express for each account.
POP3
Incoming Mail (POP3)
mail.chumars.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
smtp.west.cox.net
(You need to use your providers outgoing SMTP sever, because most ISP can and do block outgoing mail to other mail servers)
Account Name:
sales@chumars.com
Password: (your current password)
I have ping'ed your mail server ip as 66.216.121.52
I hope this helps you, of course you will have to set the information to match you website information.

In Outlook just setup all of the email accounts that you use within your site.
For instance.
sales@saxongifts.com
info@saxongifts.com
support@saxongifts.com
webmaster@saxongifts.com
In Outlook or Express setup these accounts as individual accounts
Incoming mail server would be mail.saxongifts.com (If I have the site correct)
Outgoing mail server is the same.
In the properties for the accounts you set up make sure you go to the server tab and put a check mark in Outgoing Mail Server-My server requires authentication and you can send mail with each account so that each email is answered by the same address it was sent to.
Next create new folders for each account under your inbox and give them appropriate names.
Next step is to setup message rules for each account.
Message rules to setup would be.
When email comes from specified account move mail to specified folder.
Where I put specified put in the account or folder names.
Now when you check your email all accounts are pulled to the respective folders and you can anser them with the same account they were sent to.
Also very neat and tidy.
Hope this helps. I currently have 23 email accounts between different websites I have so this is the easiest way to take care of them all.
Have fun......

Thanks guys. That's just what I needed.
