There are so many order status options that I don't use and several that I've had to add that work better for me. Can I customize the order status options, deleting the ones that I never use as long as I don't get rid of the "complete" status that sends the automated emails? Just curious.

Your unable to delete the default set of order options, but you can add your own.

That would be a nice handy little feature to add.

I think you can delete them, or maybe it's just rename them, but I wouldn't touch any of the defaults because behind the scenes they're tied to order confirmation emails and stuff like that.
