PARIS (Reuters) - Microsoft will introduce a search engine better than Google in six months in the United States and Britain followed by Europe, its European president said on Wednesday.

"What we're saying is that in six months' time we'll be more relevant in the U.S. market place than Google," said Neil Holloway, Microsoft president for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Article >> Microsoft claims to be better than Google in 6 months

Personally, I think they already are. I switched to MSN as my 1st search engine of choice a few months ago.

That's a good point. I remember that is why I switched to Google a few years ago. The searches were better. Lately I've noticed MSN does usually help me find what I'm looking for more than any other SE. I hope that catches on.

well I wish them luck, but I've always seen msn as the easiest of all the engines to game.

i'm with kman, hopefully this change in msn won't make it harder to get my sites
