In MC design tutorial http://www.monsterwebdesign.com/design_training.doc, it shows a default store layout. that's exactly what I want, it has no Top of Page Html Editor.

My questios are:
1. How can I select this default store layout for my store? It's not my Theme Builder, is it?

2. Every theme in the Theme builder has Top of Page section with navigation bars inside of that section. How can I configure to turn off this Top of Page section?

3. How to turn off Horizontal Navigation Bar from Sitewide setting? I did not see this option.

In the admin panel you can turn off the horizontal navigation bar in the site information and site wide settings then Site Layout ,where it says Display Horizontal Navigation Bar you change to NO.

Go to your Plugins link in the Admin panel then to Theme Builder. You can select the built-in themes there.

For the top of page editor, go to Site HTML > Top of Page Editor and set the 'Display Option' box to be 'Default Only'. This hides any and all custom HTML you have in the box (including the default menu from the site theme). Conversely, you can just edit the HTML of the Top of Page Editor to appear the way you would like.
