We are attempting to figure out a way to automate the data transfer between ACT and the DataPort but have been unable to come up with a way to accomplish the transfer. We would like to do it every two hours (here in the office) and have explored the possibility of Keystroke Macros, but have been told that the process cannot be automated that way with ACT.

Does anyone do this or has anyone tried it? We are open to suggestions.
