I need to reduce the overall size of my homepage, are there any good affordable services out there that I can use to do this? The quotes I've received have been astronomical. I was told that my code needs to be cleaned up.

What about html optimization...I want that size reduced as well. Can someone get me a reasonable quote? My homepage is what I'm most concerned with right now.

I don't have an issue removing some of the images and verbage, but it's really hard trying to please the SE's while still maintaining everything that's required for decent SEO.

What does 'starting at $149.99' mean? How many images is that? Is there some cost scale that is available?

$149.99 is the typical rate for 99% of the clients using this service. There are sometimes extenuating circumstances or additional work that goes along with this, that CAN add to the cost. BUT this is always discussed up front prior to the work. If you don't confirm the price, the work does not get done nor will it be charged.
