This may sound dumb, but I don't know how to get the Endicia export with tracking to work with MC.

When Endicia exports, it exports as a .txt file. MC imports as a .csv, and the two don't collaborate. I've been trying to get this to work, and it would cut down on all the "where is my order" calls....

Please help!!

From Microsoft Excel, create a blank spreadsheet, and from the Tools menu, select "Get External data | Import text file". Select your text file, make sure you have the right delimiter (e.g. comma not tab), then import the text. All of your data should be viewable. Save the file in csv format using the same file name and there you have it!

Hmmm......

I'm still confused. You can't upload the tracking back into without an order ID, which does not come with the XML option when downloading orders. Any insight?
