I need to shut down my store for good but cannot seem to find any information on how to do that.

I am sorry to hear that you are leaving MC. If there is anything we can do to keep you let us know. However, if you would like to cancel your storefront, you will need to call into our office and speak with one of our Client Services Representatives. They will verify the necessary information and assist you with all of the details needed to close your account with us. You may also place a ticket through MyMC, but you will need to speak with someone to verify your contact information and such. Our phone number is 877-663-5169.
