I am trying to populate my site with some graphics. When I go to the message,news, etc... editor and insert a graphic in the WYSIWYG it looks fine until I go to the shopping cart and make a purchase, and then the graphics disappear unless I refresh. It states in the manual they should be a relative path like (src=images/images.gif), which they are. Is the shopping cart making them go away, because the SSL is with commerce?

I am getting a missing image on the Jeff Gordon page. Most nascar fans would say that is ok.

I just went back to your webpage and I was at a item page and then I clicked buy, when the page came back up, it said my cart is empty and there are 3 missing images at the top.

Who can I send a screenshot to?

Did you get my screenshot? Also I went back to test and it let me click buy without any problems but then whenever I clicked checkout it kicked me back to the front page in secure mode(https) and my shopping cart was empty.

Very weird.

I did figure out that if you have graphics under the images file then they do not show up under the secure checkout if you don't have your own ssl. I just moved my picture under the themes\buttonthemes\1 where all of my button themes are at and it works great now.

Do you get a warning message that says, Do you want to Display Unsecured Items Yes or No?

If so you must go through your links and make them absolute ie http://www.yourdomain.com/product.asp

and your images relative: images/products.gif

Nope, I don't get any message popping up. I just get the x where the picture should be.

1. Try a couple of things.... Make sure your cache is cleared....through your web browser...

2. Majke sure you are not jumping from http://www.yourdomain.com to an IP address.

If you are using the SSL that comes with - you need to update the graphic on bot sides. Place a ticket and they usually get it done in a jiffy!

Should I get tech support to fix this? I know I am not the only one using the commerce SSL that has graphics on their site. I can't get it to work. How should I proceed?

Yes just place a ticket with tech support...

They will get it corrected pretty quick...if thats the problem you are having!!

It shows up until I go to the checkout, and it changes to the commerce SSL path for shopping.

Any ideas. I really need to get this and the logo working.

If you use 's SSL I believe these pictures will show up as not secure until you get your own. Also, I believe you do not need that first slash when you start the code.

Also are you sure you have the path right? You sure it is not Productimages/anothername/thenimagefile.jpg?

Yes the / before your image path needs to be taken out for the graphic to be viewable in secure checkout mode.

I have removed this one for you and all is working. I love those product images!
