I am looking for advice from anyone who might be using either ordermotion or stoneedge SP? I need pros and cons. Currently the order management and inventory management of the site is requiring to many manual processes and as we all know time is money. Thank you for your time.

We started using SE's Order Manager when we switched to MC. OM is actually one of the main reasons we went with MC. I was a little dissapointed with OM when I first got it because there is not much "How To" documentation. They don't even give you any idea about how to process your orders. Now that I figured it out, it's a pretty good program. It saves us about 8 hours of work a day. (that's more bike time for me).

So if you are good at figuring things out on you own and you are willing to do a little trial and error, I would recomend OM. Every time I've called tech support I get the same guy. He is really good. I think he is also one of the main programmers. I think the owner is also a programmer and he will answer your technical posts and e-mails. It's pretty nice getting tech support from the people that wrote the code.

I'd suggest you go to their forums and browse for awhile. You'll get the idea that most questions are answered timely and there are some addtional program features needed. I also saw recently that a moderator wrote an entire workflow for using the program after a few people complained. You probably want to print that out and save it in case you buy the program.
