I was just wondering if anyone uses a third party service to take phone orders?

We take orders 24 hours a day and we want to get someone else to take the orders in the middle of the night. Does anyone have any experience stuff like that?

ya i've thought about this lots and it really would be a dream come true if I didn't have to handle orders via phone. But I find most people that call want to get some product information and I don't think a 3rd party could really provide the level of support that I would need.

Let me know if you come across any good leads though.
