the reports where it says when the robots are crawling my site?

I tried to look for it but could not find.

Maybe there isn't such a thing.

If you have Urchin 6 you are out of luck.

That information is no longer available. I imagine it is related to the way MC implemented the U6 integration and likely is one of the reasons that the configuration tab that should be on the top right is not available.

Part of providing customer related transaction only but also in perhaps a larger part the result of MC protecting log files from the website owners so they can preserve "information that could help competition learn about the working of their software" or something like that.

I have a pet peeve when it comes to being denied useful information about my business in order to protect someone else I am paying to help me with my business.

Actually in U6 there is no "robots report" like in U5. The configuration tab is mostly for creating new accounts, profiles and filters.

There is a robots filter that I'm going to ask Urchin about... I don't know if it will show a report on robots though since filters are typically to block traffic. Then again robot traffic technically should not be in that report anyhow.

I will do my best to find out and let you all know.

This info is definitely available in your Urchin 5 report. You should have the info to log into Urchin 5 in one of your first trouble tickets from support.

Urchin has confirmed that it is not possible to grab the robot data for U6 on demand.
