Last spring someone was kind enough to post instructions for adding a border frame around an image in photoshop elements. I can't find the post anywhere. I am redoing my tcart buttons and need to highlight them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope this works for you:

1. Click on the rectangular marqee tool. (It's the one in the upper left of that tool bar that appears on the screen - at least on mine.)

2. Highlight where you want the lines.

3. Click Edit > Stroke

4. Choose the color you want - if different from what's displayed (you can do that by clicking on the color swatch that shows up there).

5. Click OK.

6. Save it.
