well first off I can't see my customers being happy about me providing very personal information to 3rd party like this - in fact my privacy policy says I won't.

On top of that the form your showing isn't even protected in anyway - How about an SSL guys? Your taking about fraud protection and your not even encrypting the data.

Also I have a payment gateway that does my fraud screening.

They even offer checks on "Discovery" [sic] cards!

The whois information shows the cnpfraud.net domain was just registered a couple weeks ago, with a yahoo contact email address created in August, with no phone number, with a non-existent street address (so says the USPS website) in Tampa that is entered in European format, with a phone number for the registrar affiliate that is actually a fax number for Mattsound Inc in New Jersey.

When I submitted fake information into the form it just consumed it, showed me the form again, and never gave any results.

This sounds legitimate.
