hi guys, anybody have any favorite leadership books geared towards business managers and the like? i recently checked out corporate canaries and think thats a great resource for anyone in a leadership position.. wondering if any of you have other personal favorites or if you've read corporate canaries as well.. thanks!

I subscribe to Harvard Business Review magazine (not a book, I know). I think this is one of the best, if not the best magazines of it's kind. It's a bit on the expensive side (about $18/per issue), but well worth it. If you are really interested in this type of stuff, you'll probably read cover to cover. Ah yes. I've heard that 7 Habits is very similar to Corporate Canaries. As you might have guess, I'm particularly interested in books that deal with leadership styles and related topics as I manage a small business.
