How do I get the https://secure....etc.. to not print on the order invoice that we print and include with each order? It prints at the bottom of the page!

Usually, this is a setting in the actual browser and not something that the webmaster has control over. Internet Explorer is adding the URL at the bottom of the printed page. Not sure there is any way of changing this, except for the individual user.

What you can do is to add custom HTML to the footer section of your printed invoice with your logo or URL - http://www.nutzaboutsports.com - as big as you want to make it.

Along the same lines here - is there any way to eliminate the customer's IP address from printing on the invoice? Right now I'm cutting and pasting into Word so I can do this, but would be nice if I could have control over all elements of the invoice so I could just use the print feature.
