Why can't I access some of the forums? They are in "protected" mode? Thanks

Hey Dawn,
Welcome to the Forums. There are separate areas of the forums; some for general use, announcement and links to ecommerce information and news AND there are other areas that are only viewable by verified MC merchants. If you are an MC merchant and would like to view these areas, go to the ticketing system, log in and place a ticket with your Forum username specified and our team will get your access modified usually within one business day.

Submit a ticket identifying your forum name and asked to have your group changed to 'verified store'. After that, you'll have complete access to all of the merchant forums.
