Why is my site down under " maintenace" at this time of the day?

Please put it up and running asap.

Now that I am getting more traffic , this is really not fair .-(

I guess you were one of the sites being moved to a new server too! And I guess they did not give you any warning either!

My site was down too, does not effect me much except that I lost the changes I was making in the admin panel. Now I cant even get back into the admin panel.

that's so infuriating!

i am killing myself to make this store works and they just decide to move my site now. Today I am running an add that is costing me money and I had no emails, zero, nada , telling me that this was going to be happening!

Bad comunication, really BAD!

Steph posted about the problems they were having with server issues and it was a last minute decision she made based on some feedback she received from me and a couple of other merchants. See this thread.

It is an inconvenience and the communication was lacking to be sure, but they found themselves between a rock and hard place with this and decided to move you immediately instead of delaying until tonight when traffic is lighter, but watching your sites go up and down all day. The action that they are taking now with little to no notice will be better for your store in the long term. I know that is probably not so comforting.

If you are one of the sites affected, you should pause any ppc campaigns that you currently have active. The server changes should take 15 mins to 2 hours.
