It's hit or miss. One try it comes right up..next time it takes way to long or doesn't (that was per last night) Last night I couldn't get the site to load and obviously I wasn't getting ANY orders. This morning my site pulled up, but I could not get through the first page in our 2-step checkout process. Had a customer on the line trying to get them through their order and it wouldn't work, so I took the order manually (pen & paper). Then got off the phone and tried again and it went through..again..hit or miss.
I filed a ticket yesterday and the response was that the server my site is on was running low on disk space. Isn't this something
would know of way before it got to the point that sites wont load timely or at all? I was just trying to access my admin panel this morning and it is slow as death as well. My orders have been non existent last night and this morning..this sucks
