I have Authorize.net as my gateway. I just tried placing an order with my CC and it comes back with this message...
"There was an error processing your order."
I KNOW my CC is good and valid. I tried using another card and it's coming up with the same thing.
Any ideas???

Your sure your payment gateway has been enabled and has the correct settings?

We were having problems with credit cards on our site today. We have custom payment methods, and it wasn't storing the credit card info.

Same here customers are calling saying there was an error. We use authorize.net as well.
