I am using custom shipping. During check out, on the payment summary, the customer sees "S&H" and the shipping charge.

I want to change this to "Shipping."

In the state of california, if you have a "handling" charge you have to charge the customer a sales tax for the handling.

We get to create our own language for Real Time shipping, but not for Custom shipping, unless I have missed something. Has anyone found a way to change the label?
