Hello, we're at the point where we need to oursource our phone customer service. Does anyone have any recommendations?

This is a good question I would like to be answered from the MC merchant veterans. I also would like to know, for people who drop ship, how do you provide customer service? E-mail? Toll-free number?

A good friend recommended www.answerconnect.com to me awhile back - I can't afford to outsource my CS but this woman is a control freak so if they work for her they must be good.

Ive been using 24-7intouch.com. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks so I can't "swear" by them but so far so good. They also offer 24/7 "Live Chat" which I have ordered but is not yet implemented on my site.

I do know that they hold a weekly training for new accounts and from my mystery shopping test (I did it myself) the customer service rep that answered did a good job.

Thanks Sam, I spoke with them, and they seemed like product-based websites were right up their alley. Unfort, their pricing was beyond our budget (for now). So for now I have posted a project in Elance and will see who comes out of the woodwork there.
