Anyway to make a custom or basic Html page and keep it hidden from searches.
Such as one that for the most part can only be found and viewed by employees if needed.
Note it will not contain valuable or secret information just shortcuts but we really do not wish it to be found on searches.
Any Ideas?

What about creating a page and not linking it to anything? This way you could give the page address to whoever you needed to.
There is currently no way to just "hide" a page unless you use the robots.txt to keep the spiders away from it.

Correct it would not be linked to the site, just known to employees such as youraddress.com/pagename
Just would rather searches do not reference and post it if possible.

There are several forum topics about easily modifying your robots.txt file. To me that would be simplest along with using crash's suggestion.
