I was wondering if you could shed some light on our situation. We have reported conversions on only direct and referral from hawaiianisles.com (which is our site). No organic terms are converting which seems strange.
Now, here is the weird part. We use Yahoo Shopping as a means of direct traffic, and I placed a test order. I found that it records the purchase as a "referral" not from Yahoo, but from hawaiianisles.com. I know it is recording the sale, but the source documentation does not seem to work. Anyone know how to rectify this situation? thanks!
